He loves his brothers and their families but knows that there is no happily ever after in his future.

Born of Fury

Sometimes a little trite, but enjoyable. The ‘I love you’ comes quickly yet the pace doesn’t feel forced and by the end I was convinced their feelings are genuine and heartfelt.

Sent off to a remote location on an Endurance challenge with Darice and Thia his best friend’s daughterthe group is suppose to survive the camping trip and come home with Thia and Darice having attained their “adulthood”. Dancer Hauk is one of the founding members of the Sentella and one of the most fearsome fighters in the universe. Her current series are: More than that, as she pursues him, she stumbles upon the key that will bring down not only Hauk, but the kebyon Sentella organization.

I can see them having their own books in years to come.

I really enjoyed this story and boy is it a long one. I am so disappointed in Kenyon’s writing, I will probably not pick up another of her books again. But, she has Kalea to think about … getting her out of the hands of The League.

This is without doubt my favourite sci fi series bar none.

Sumi Antaxas is a trained assassin sent by Kyr to capture him and bring him back to The League. Kind of out of character for him and didn’t feel quite right. Og all 14 comments.

Born of Fury (The League, #6) by Sherrilyn Kenyon (4 star ratings)

The focus on sherrklyn of this book seems to be on family, but also on the Andarion culture as a whole. Okay so here’s the deal: They’re just incredible and there is not another author like Kenyon. Would you like us to take another look at this review? Upon The Midnight Clear. Like, you made kind of a big deal about it for a few paragraphs, and then no one cared after that.

There is nothing good about her, considering that she is no better than Kyr. I really enjoy the League series because it’s pretty straight forward.

I love these guys so much: To ask other readers questions about Born of Furyplease sign up. It was so funny when Sumi went to assassinate the woman that tried to kill Hauk, and then all his friends started showing up because they also wanted to avenge him. He agrees to take his nephew on a quest but has no idea that his bodn enemies are closing in on him. Sumi Antaxas is one of sjerrilyn best assassins the League has ever trained. She treated Hauk the way I wanted her to, though, and that went a long way to me getting on board with the romance.

I love this series!!

I guess my book would be the Born of Impatience XD. This shherrilyn, the war is on… Counted among the fiercest Andarion warriors of all time, Hauk is one of the five founding members of the Sentella, an organization that has declared war on The League. Kenyon is a genius with her writing! She is a survivor, a warrior, and a bit of a broken soul who will rip apart the life Hawk has built.

What Dreams May Come. She operates solely as a plot device for most of the novel, and when she actually appears, she’s an almost disgustingly perfect little ufry, emphasis on the girl. The war is on Now her only key to survival is obrn one man she’s been sent to kill.

Something that doesn’t necessarily feel out of place in this book but looking at the series as a whole, it could have been toned down a bit without losing any of the sentiment. It kdnyon create a pretty good tension that made the eventual love scene hot and satisfying.

Another great addition to The League world. I did enjoy this one, it was nice catching up with old characters and getting to know new ones, lots of bloodthirsty fighting, revenge, humour and romance.

Lists with This Book. This time it’s Hauk the colossal Andarian warrior who steps into the spotlight. Another, very important character who appeared was Fain, disowned brother of Dancer’s family. Sumi’s young daughter really added to the story, as well.

Until Death We Do Part. Sorry to ruin it for you. Darice and Thia add some cool dynamics, and I quite liked Sumi’s relationship with both of them. As I said earlier, this was a very enjoyable book but the ease of Hauk’s affinity for his enemy Sumi and the toning down of Hauk’s intense masculinity was very frustrating.

What I will say is that this isn’t a standalone. View all 4 comments. This book was epic!!! How they meet is interesting, and I really like how understanding Dancer is. Born of Fury is Dancer Hauk’s book, and we finally get more of his story as well as more into the Andarion customs and race relations.
